To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, I opened a bottle of Brewery Ommegang’s Fire & Blood Red Ale, their newest Game of Thrones inspired beer. While it’s not an irish style beer, the red ale got me my Untappd St. Patty’s Day 2014 badge. The Fire & Blood Red Ale is, as all of Brewery Ommegang’s creations, a finely crafted brew. Brewed with ancho chiles, it gives the brew a subtle kick in the end. It will be available nationwide on March 31 – so look for it!
